4.3 Skipping FAQ

1. On what question type is skipping available?

Skipping is available with the question type “Multiple choice, 1 answer possible”. It is not available at the other question types.

2. Can I redirect to a previous question?

To prevent looping respondents can only be redirected to question futher in the survey.

3. I can’t alter the question order.

After skipping is used in a survey the order of questions cannot be altered anymore. If you wish to alter the question order, remove the skipping option and alter the order. Afterworth, you can add the skipping feature agina.

4. Can I redirect respondents to the end of the survey?

Select “End of survey” as the question to redirect respondents to the end of the survey.
